Interactive demonstrations and live performances will inspire a wonder in science for all ages at the third annual Virginia Tech Maker Festival in the National Capital Region, Saturday, October 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Registration is now open for the popular free family fun event that explores science, technology, engineering, math (STEM), and design at the Virginia Tech Northern Virginia Center, 7054 Haycock Road, Falls Church.
Continuing and Professional Education is recruiting volunteers among faculty, staff, graduate students, and the extended Virginia Tech community to assist children with maker activities, science experiments, and more.
